SleepAudit AI scores your sleep environment and your habits, based on the room you photograph and the answers you give. It does not measure your sleep, it is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. If you think you have a sleep disorder, see a doctor — an app that has never met you is not a substitute for one.
The Sleep Score is a number out of 100 calculated from your answers to twelve questions about light, screens, timing, temperature, air and noise. It is an opinion about your setup, expressed as a number, so that changes are easier to see. It is not a measurement of how well you slept, and it is not a clinical assessment.
The seven-night plan is built from the same answers. Most of the changes it suggests are free and reversible. None of them are medical instructions.
You need to be 13 or older. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian first.
Some parts of the app require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store, and Apple handles the payment, the renewal and the receipt — we never see your card.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy. We do not process refunds, but tell us if something went wrong — we would rather fix it than have you fight with a form.
The photo of your room and your answers are yours. They stay on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim any rights over them.
We build this carefully, but we cannot promise the app will be free of bugs, always available, or that following the plan will improve your sleep. Sleep is affected by a great many things a photograph cannot see. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law — consumer rights in the EU and the UK, in particular, stand regardless of what this page says.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and say what changed. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it; cancel any active subscription in your Apple ID settings first, or it keeps renewing.
